Fusion Chicken Thighs 🔥

Ingredients:
Raw chicken thigh
Chef Jon Lee Fusion Marinade
(½ cup per pound of chicken)
Instructions:
Place chicken in a bowl or gallon-size bag, then generously coat with Chef Jon's Fusion Marinade.
Let it sit for at least 1 hour or more for a intense flavor.
Choose a method:
- Air Fry: Cook at 375°F for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Bake: Set oven at 375°F, flipping halfway through.
- Grill: Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F, turning as needed.
Pour the leftover marinade into a pot and simmer it, stirring continuously to prevent burning.
Plate the chicken and top with the simmered sauce.
